Classes

All of our classes are 60 minutes. In every class the instructors will offer hands on assist and modifications for each pose. Don’t forget at Eclectic Soul Yoga we mix Vinyasa with Hip Hop and Soul, so be prepared to fully immerse yourself in the practice, movement, and music during class.

Booking in advance is highly encouraged so that you will reserve your space in class. We are a Boutique Yoga Studio so classes will never have more than 20 students. If there are no bookings classes are subject to change.

All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. All classes will start on time so if you are late, you will not be permitted in class.

Soul Flow Morning

Combining a slower paced Restorative Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Soul Music to begin your day. All Levels Welcomed.

Morning Vin Yin

Incorporate Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, this class is great to incorporate in your morning routine. All Level Welcomed.

Tuesday with Tupac and Deepak

Mixing West Coast Rap with Artist Tupac Shakur and Western Mindulness of Deepak Chopra. Together we will sweat out a powerful and incredibly mindful Vinyasa flow to end your day.

Hip Hop Yoga

A featured Artist inspired flow will be announced each week. This is a Power Flow. Levels 1.5 and up recommended

 
 

Align + Flow

Align + Flow - All Level Flow class will detail each Asana at a slower pace, building heat within our bodies. Align + Flow offers modifications that helps benefits each beginner. We discuss the foundations of Yoga as we flow through each Vinyasa. Pranayama breathing is taught and encouraged throughout class.

Power of Energy - Restore + Reiki

60 Minutes of Vinyasa Flow, Breathwork, and Reiki Healing Energy.

Eclectic Soul Yoga Flow

Open to any level of practice, our Vinyasa Yoga class is all about syncing our movements with our breath and linking each pose to create a seamless sequence.

CardiYoga

Get your heart bumping with beats from Cardi and your asanas flowing. With a combination of high-intensity cardio and hatha flow poses, this class is perfect for those who move at a faster pace. Levels 1.5 and higher recommended.
