Camille’s yoga practice began in high school, taking gentle Iyengar classes with her mom after school. After college, her love of the practice grew after discovering first hand the amazing benefits that yoga can have on mental health and happiness. Camille completed her 200-hour teacher training at Yoga on York in Towson, MD in 2016. Since that time, she also completed her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Maryland, and continued to explore the intricate connection between movement, breath, and mental health.
Today, Camille works as a school-based therapist in Baltimore County and loves to educate her clients about the benefits of mindfulness and yoga as coping skills. In her studio classes, Camille focuses on physical alignment, connecting breath with movement, and on modifying postures for all ability levels.
