Brittany Payne

Vinyasa Yoga
Pranayama Breathing
Baby Yoga

Brittany Payne, a West Virginia native, stumbled into her first yoga class completely unplanned.  On a sheer whim, she decided to walk into a community yoga class that was being offered in her hometown.  After her first encounter with yoga, Brittany was instantly hooked and yoga has played a major part of her life every since.

Brittany received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher training from Vinyasa Yoga School in Rishikesh, India.

Brittany focuses on teaching the fundamentals of yoga; ensuring a healthy, happy and safe practice; and helping her students become the best version of themselves through yoga.

Camille Latture

Vinyasa Yoga
Pranayama Breathing
Restorative Yoga

Camille’s yoga practice began in high school, taking gentle Iyengar classes with her mom after school. After college, her love of the practice grew after discovering first hand the amazing benefits that yoga can have on mental health and happiness. Camille completed her 200-hour teacher training at Yoga on York in Towson, MD in 2016. Since that time, she also completed her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Maryland, and continued to explore the intricate connection between movement, breath, and mental health.

Today, Camille works as a school-based therapist in Baltimore County and loves to educate her clients about the benefits of mindfulness and yoga as coping skills. In her studio classes, Camille focuses on physical alignment, connecting breath with movement, and on modifying postures for all ability levels.
